Cake base: LittlePod Real Vanilla cake (Available GF please advise when making the order.)
Flavour Layer: Lemon, Raspberry and vodka curd.
Topping: LittlePod Real Vanilla buttercream with Lemon zest and freeze dried raspberries
Optional decoration included: Thin cut fresh lemon slices and freeze dried raspberries.
Sold as a 1/2 gastro sheet cake (Single layer cake)* in reusable deli tray.
Approx. 12-24 portions per cake.
* Layers can be added for additional cost and provided with plain cake board/box.
